Your audio is processed to generate a transcript and is not stored as a permanent library. We don't keep your recordings after transcription is complete. Only upload audio you have permission to process.
Paid jobs use credits. 1 credit is about 1 minute of audio, rounded, with a 1-credit minimum. Plus includes 300 credits each month; Pro includes 1,200. Unused plan credits reset at the end of the billing period. Credit packs never expire and are shared with the API. Failed jobs are not charged. Each registered account gets 1 free file per day, up to 5 minutes, and does not include API access.
Audio is sent through our Cloudflare Worker and a contracted speech-processing service. We do not train on your recordings, sell them, or keep a permanent media library. Retention and deletion are in the privacy policy.
